The code in CGIWrapper/CGIWrapper.py hasn't been touched in 10 months (and then only to fix a minor bug). It seems to be implementing MiscUtils.Configurable from before it was factored out into a separate class. It may not be broken, but my feeling is that bit rot has definitely set in.
