please try sdr driver 0.9. it includes generic support for
cumulative/delta observations.
it does this using a [deltas] stanza. for example:
[SDR]
...
[[deltas]]
rain = rain_total
in this example, rain will be a delta derived from sequential rain_total
readings.
the mapping for rain=rain_total is the default, so you do not need to
specify a [[deltas]] stanza unless you have additional cumulatives/deltas.
