The GW has a serial number on the device, for mine it is on the sticker as: 00614510, on the 1000U web page it shows:
Serial No. (hex.) 8009606E Serial No. (dec.) 00 61 45 10 The Mac Address is 00-1d-8c-09-60-6e So it looks like the Serial is the MAC without the first two of the OUI and the second octet zero'd out... The 00614510 is the number on the lacrosse web page where you can "delete a gateway" Perhaps the 7FFF number is better defined as a Key than a serial number? Since my GW was registered with lacrosse long before Skyspy I never got a chance to see the defaults. Hope this helps a little...
