A good place to start is by looking at the log!!

Depending on the pc/cpu you are using it is possible the report interval is 
too short, and needs to be increased to say 5 minutes.

You could always just try and refresh the page when the plot is 'missing' - 
it could just be a delay in your server delivering the image to the browser
