I think It's a problem because the value is just the same in direction and
speed of wind gust and It's really really strange that we have 257 km/h
same dir for two time consecutively 5 minutes before and five minutes
after. And more strange it happens also with other speed.
Attached you see an image of the same thing that occurs at my home. Look at
the values of windgust and dir of windgust.

If the iss looks for the windgust within 5minutes of recording time, is
strange that the same value in dir and speed is repeated two times...
Expecially when there are strong winds and wind gusts.

Now at my home I commented the two values in the config file so the high
and low are from station. I'll let you know.
