Just curious, what version of Belchertown skin are you running? I don't see it outputting the version number in your log file which tells me you may be a few versions old. I'd say upgrade to the latest release <https://github.com/poblabs/weewx-belchertown/releases> 0.8.2, but I'm finalizing a 0.9 release which should be out in the next few days.
To back up a bit - I haven't thought about an hourly forecast - but you're right, the data's there. Let me think about how to incorporate it that works with the simplicity of the skin. Maybe a sub page. Hmm. Back to the NOAA file issue. Files are being generated, but nothing within them? Can you attach one of them here?
