There are a couple updated .py files you might want for fixes that will be 
in weewx.next that you might need if you test some things but for a quick 
test don’t worry that.

I like pip because I can understand what it’s doing better than the nuances 
of dpkg, but both work fine. If it’s a throwaway box try each way.
