Thank you for the rapid reply, the link you suggested, and the fact that
you, with all your knowledge, like pip which should guide me.
One more question: Is it NECESSARY to use the virtual environment (do
the packages require it) or for a casual user without a lot of other
events being run on the Pi, just go ahead like I did on Pi4s and
previous versions of WeeWx?
