If weeWX is using that much RAM there is a serious problem somewhere.

I have multiple reports generated locally on each archive record and RAM
usage never exceeds 200MB.

Up until recently I had weeWX and MariaDB and many other things running on
a SBC with only 4GB RAM and it was never killed by the OS due to OOM.
