Both my mother and grandmother were HUGE classic music fans. I was
weaned on symphonies, operas, musical theater (my parents were members
of the Seattle Gilbert & Sullivan Society when I was a kid). I don't
often seek out classical music, but I tend to enjoy it when I hear
it. (Except Wagner, Stravinsky, and Mahler. They tend to be a bit
strident for my taste.)
