This is such a good point about some music being album based! I also listen to show-tunes, as well
as other things, but have never got the appeal of an iPod. an now you've helped me to figure out
why. Take Springsteen for instance, and the Born in the USA album, or Nebraska. He put those songs
together as a collection and I like to listen to them that way, so I keep my CDs. Thanks so much
for helping to explain why I don't want an iPod. Though I guess I could just listen to the albums
all the way through on the iPod and just never use the shuffle feature.
And for the record, I was a bi-centennial baby, and I'm not sure what generation that makes me.
