up. Definitely gen x. Baby boom was 1946-1964, gen x was 1965-1980,
so I've been told. 1981-1999(+/-) is gen y or something like that.
Not sure where the cutoff is--I arbitrarily made it 1999 because 2000
seemed like a good starting point for a new generation, yet to be
named because they haven't had a chance to make their mark on society.
Not that a generation called generation X has had much of an impact,
apparently. But we're trying!
