"I've pretty much mastered the walking down the aisle thing"
yeah-- Don't Trip!
If they couldn't afford the reception location on a Saturday they
should have chosen another place.
I've told all 4 of my daughter's they need to plan the wedding THEY
can afford, not the wedding they think I can afford! So far one has
eloped. Just three more to go!!

blue dress, hold my flowers, and smile pretty...but I think it's
unreasonable to expect people to take that much time off. If it
wasn't my brother (and I wasn't in the wedding party), say it was a
college friend or something, I really don't think I'd attend.

the grand scheme of things, it doesn't matter TOO much; and if this is
really who he wants to marry, and that's the day he wants to do it,
then I support that. But I think I will skip the rehearsal and arrive
Thursday morning. I've been in enough weddings, I've pretty much
mastered the walking down the aisle thing.
