First of all, Mary merry and marry do not rhyme. (yes, i am a new
yorker)

Now, "do" and "doo" technically rhyme, context plays a big part in
hearing which one it is. Although, I do sometimes hear that the vowel
in "doo" us particularly oo-y. "Due" in English lyric diction is
completely different, it has a j-glide so it sounds more like "dyu."
But in normal (American) speech, it does rhyme with "do" and "doo."
