Having never had a child (yet--though the thought of pregnancy, childbirth, child rearing terrifies/sickens/bewilders me), I would imagine getting kicked in the balls (oh and I don't have balls either but...imagining for a moment I did) would hurt much much more depending on the shoes, the angle of the kick and the force of the kick. Childbirth is "natural"--or so mothers try to convince me. Getting kicked in the balls, while often deserved, is unnatural. My husband tells me that a quick light slap to the balls can hurt worse than a kick.
For the record, getting kicked in the box for us women hurts like hell too. I've fallen hard on the bar on a men's bike before and thought I died and saw Jesus it hurt so bad.

Now, I think it's definitive, Daria... your husband is a Gene addict too. I swear this logo (unfortunate logo, isn't it?) showed up in a chat once.
Unrelated: I was just hanging out with a guy friend, who was regaling me with typical guy stories about -- what else-- poop, and how if they produce something spectacular, they come back, tell stories about it, and -- most amazing of all - TAKE PICTURES OF IT.
do. not. comprehend.
However. He also brought up this point, and claims it is the world's Unanswerable Question: Which hurts worse: Getting kicked in the balls {can I say balls here?} or giving birth?
Have at it, y'all.
