That's pretty wild--I would say you just gained about 40 cool points for certifying Tupac Shakur's mom's organic farm, which I'm betting most of us didn't know existed. BTW I saw a sign at the supermarket apologizing for the dearth of organic milk, saying that the demand is outweighing the number of certified organic dairy farms. Is this true? Is it true for all organic products or just milk, because produce is easier to certify than milk? Kind of makes sense, actually--dealing with animals and their feed, etc., I would think poses more challenges than fruit and/or vegetables in a tree on in the ground.
