Try building, if you're able to. But there's not much debugging ot be done
when OS reboots.
Three further questions. Are you using a firewall? If yes which one?
Does Vista have the winsock32 library? Thats a file called wsock32.dll
Did any of the previous 1.3.x or 1.4.x versions work?
