Follow-up Comment #2, bug #11859 (project wesnoth):
Why should there any messages about that in stderr if phyton would transform
the unixe-locales to the windows-locales BEFORE setlocal was called?
What gain would we have if the right parameter for setlocale is used
(translated date strings and/or anything else)?
