Details:

Wesnoth currently hangs on exit because of a long TCP timeout if upload
server is unreachable (see bug #13094). My solution is to split the upload
process into a seperate process that won't hang the game on exit.

Current version of the patch works for linux. Untested on other POSIX systems
and not implemented for Windows yet.
