Details:

In the first scenario of HttT, elves besieged, I saw a situation where one of
Galdrad's rangers, damaged and poisoned and surrounded by the enemy, moved one
hex next to a wolf rider, and did not use a ranged attack on the wolf rider.

This was so dumb I noticed... Has the AI implemented "paralyzed with fear"
mode? I have only seen this once, and it is possible in the melee of computer
movements I was mistaken, but perhaps someone should consider this case in the
AI. I am not sure what the time of day was unfortunately.
