Details:
After the splash screen, the menu screen appears. In windowed mode all seems
more or less normal, but in full screen, the buttons don't wok properly. The
actual on-screen action area is misaligned with the visible screen graphics in
full screen mode
Example; When the mouse cursor is over the "Quit" button at the lower right
right hand corner of the screen, the displayed action is "Tutorials". No
button above the "Quit" button reads anything at all. It does activate the
"Tutorials" command.
If you move the mouse cursor below the "Quit" button, the buttons from
"Tutorials" and below (until the screen edge is encountered...) will be
displayed with no buttons on the screen.
It appears as if the code aligning the cursor action area and the on-screen
displayed buttons is in error in full screen mode. This particular bug was not
present in version 1.9.12.
Speaking of full screen and windowed mode, if you toggle the windowed to full
screen or vice versa, the screen does not consistently behave. Sometimes you
will get a blank black screen, sometimes you get a blank white window, and
sometimes only parts of the window will appear. This behavior has been in all
versions of 1.9.
I found no error logs for Wesnoth in the console logs.
