Follow-up Comment #20, patch #3083 (project wesnoth):
I don't think the changelog entries went in the right place. I had them in
the right place for the revision that I was working from, but things have
progressed since then.
I've attached a patch that moves the changelog entries to the version that the
changes were introduced in.
