Follow-up Comment #1:

This ought to be due to the fixes to sighted events; sighted events (with a
filter only for the primary unit) now trigger at scenario start if there is a
side without fog/shroud, because that side always sees the primary unit unless
it's ambushing.

I'm not absolutely sure if it should work like that, that is whether sighted
events should fire at scenario start if side X sees the primary unit simply by
virtue of not having fog/shroud in the first place. I'd think it'd be more
intuitive if a sighted event would only trigger if the "sighted" unit has
actually been out of sight previously, but maybe there is a reason for it.

I'll assign to Jamit so he gets notified and can comment. If it's now working
as intended, then I can fix the WML accordingly.
