Details:

Effects usually happening at the beginning of a units turn do not work on turn
1. Healers will not heal an adjacent injured unit, regenerating units will not
regenerate, poisoned units will not take poison damage etc, when they get
their first turn.

As the statistics counts things happening in round 1 before the units turn 1
as a previous turn, and healers are supposed to heal each turn etc, I consider
this a bug. (Although most likely irrelevant for most players.) 

I have attached a 1.11.17 replay but noticed it playing 1.10.7.
