Follow-up Comment #2, bug #22969 (project wesnoth):
I just clicked at the forum link you posted and it's really surprising how
much doubt there there to was about adding a scripting language to wesnoth. I
really cannot image how hard scenario writing must be if there is only wml.
Also i believe the forum post you quoted was about 'runtime' expression
evaulating, which is currently easiy posible in wml with $(7 + 8) syntax.
I don't really care whether we say '||'/'&&' or 'or'/'and'
