Yes, it is meant as *Developers* conference, not as Players conf. But
still everyone is free to join in like everyone is free to join
development of the game. Stuff I would like to have done in that time
includes cleaning up the bugtracker, getting through it what is fixed,
what can not be reproduced anymore and such. Of course fixing bugs will
be an important part, too. Other stuff to be done is talking about the
direction of the game: what has to be added/improved? Wich general big
features do we want? And *when* do we want to have them.

I don't know how many funds we already have. I know that we do have some
money that was donated via paypal, no idea how much it is though. And I
would know several things we could need the money for:
* making sure we at least have something to drink on the conf and maybe
some food, an other way would be that everyone participating just gives
in some money and I drive over to the next shop to get something, food
we can get at the local refactory for acceptable prices
* assisting "core" people so that they are able to afford joining the conf
* probably several other things that did not come to my mind just yet
Regarding the funds we have to ask Dave how much we have and how much of
it we can spend on Wesconf. Currently I try to plan it without these
funds so that we have an idea what it will cost if we have not really
much to use.
