Since the problem is not related to the availability of sourcecode, but to the 
"you may
only use the program according to our usage guidelines" legalese (= only on 
five devices,
etc.), I think it applies to every GPLed content, including WML, art, music.

But it seems that the art contributors - at least following Jetrel - are more 
relaxed
about this, so it may not be a big problem to get their consent.
