Thanks for the great initiatve Father Ruffino. I want to suggest that the Task force includes people from all the districts of West Nile. As Mr. Avudria says, no body or no corner should feel left out in this process of consultation.
For Koboko, I would suggest Mr. Stephen Todoko, Coordinator of the Anti-Corruption Coalition Koboko who has already started a similar initative in Koboko district. We are all behind you!
