I am sorry for not beating the deadline of compiling the data on results of
performance in exams (PLE/UCE/UACE) in West Nile for the past five years.
The person I deployed in our library to handle it for me delayed to compile
the data in time due to other commitments that came up. I will dispatch it
as soon as he finishes (within this week I believe).
