Dear all, brothers/sisters,

Mid this week with erratic email access while on the move, i begun receiving
your postings and thank you for adding me to the mailing list. I encourage all
of us to bring Westnilenet to the attention of as many like minded folks out
there. I believe there are many who are unaware of this important forum that
will enable us to exchange information to promote the interests of West Nile.

I have noted with much concern the free fall in performance of sometime very
good schools in West Nile. This situation constitutes a fundamental threat to
the future of West Nile and the sooner this is tackled head on, the better. I
appreciate efforts to constitute the task force and we look forward to working
with all of you in implementing concrete measures towards this end.

On another note, i received with sadness the death of the son of Mr Etima and
our prayers and thoughts are with this family.

Awadifo emini and best wishes.

Onzivu.
