I had the rear opportunity and honor of meeting the Brigadier and Minister Kili in person and truly believe that he was one of the most honorable and principled people one can ever meet. I can equivocally say that his reign as the minister of education during the dark and hard times of the Amin error was impeccable and goes above and beyond ordinary call of duty.
My condolences to the family and may his soul rest in peace.
