This is indeed very sad. May his soul rest in peace. It is unfortunate that the 
people of Arua couldnt make publicity of the death of such a person.

Dear Colleagues

Indeed I heard in Arua at the weekend of the passing of this giant of West Nile 
on FM radio, but was surprised it got no newspaper coverage.

We thank God for the long, rich, honest and humble life of Brig. Barnabas Kili. 
I recall during the 1980s seeing his bent form riding his bicycle through 
Ombaci 
on his way to or from Arua town. We certainly derive pride from his life and 
good works.

May the Lord rest his soul in eternal peace.
