Condolensces to the family of the Late Brig.Kili and WestNile Community. I
think
we cannot wait for someone else to initiate this publicity, I request our own,
Tabu to profile the life of the Brig. Kili...alot can be learnt from the Late's
life experiences.

Dear Colleagues
thank you for mourning our own. It is in such moments that you know true
friends. Those who have been believing everything can now see for themselves.
This great citizen of this country, who kept Education of this country during
the dark times of this country alight SURELY DESERVED at least a mention in the
National media.
MAY HIS SOUL TRULY REST IN ETERNAL PEACE WITH THE ONE WHO IS JUST.
Let us keep together, the only comfort.
