Anthony, This is more about checking the checker, than clustering as such...
Can I ask what you are doing to figure out if WUG is stopped, I know you'll have the other cluster starting in your case, but what if both stop, do you have any outside of WUG alerts to say that WUG is not checking? I'm thinking of a basic VB script to email/page me, or even the old free (v4?) WUG that just keeps an eye on WUG... where do we draw the line, maybe 2 or 3 WUG instances checking each other I joke??
