I'm trying this now. I have one W2k Server that is not part of the domain. I created an account on that server with the same name and password. I assigned it to the Administrators group. No Luck???

A standard trick to use here is to synchronize the name and password of the
accounts you use for this purpose. Then have the Windows Log Events server
run under an identically named LOCAL (not domain) account that also has the
same password.
