I use this quite extensively. Get the latest mib file from apc. load it into wug with mibextra. Then you can set up services for the specific mib value you query. On battery state for example. if it does not return the value you are looking for it would be down. Once you look thru the text file that explains the mib values you can set up all the important things you are looking for.
