Well, if you know the utilization, then you should know what's available.
Right!

But MRTG only monitors bandwidth utilization, not bandwidth available. I
don't know of anything that monitors the available bandwidth. Anyone any
thoughts?

I use MRTG to monitor traffic utilization on our T1's we provide to
customers. It will give you a daily, weekly, and monthly breakdown of your
bandwidth.

Anyone knows of product or freebie that would measure the true bandwidth on
a T1 link with long haul. For example I have a T1 link between DC and LA
and I need to know how much true bandwidth I really have. Thanks in advance
