It might be best for you to create a blank MS Access database and then link the Whats Up database to that via a DSN. Then you can use the Device table just like a Access database and easily make queries against it. I would caution not to change anything unless you absolutely know what it is. I noticed the Device Type is a number in the database so you need to find the corresponding number. I was able to quickly create a query and change over 500 SMNP communities this way in about 1 minute (the time it took to write the query). I think will some experience with the database, the multiple select issue becomes very minor.
