Subject: [WhatsUp Forum] Customer Support 101

Here is my question. Why did IPSwitch not send out an email notice to
all customers with service agreements informing them about the release
of SP1a?

I have to assume that there are many organizations that are still
unaware of the release.

When I criticize someone I always try to give them a compliment when
appropriate so I want to compliment them on always reminding me when my
service agreement is up for renewal... Good job guys.

On another note, I prefer the listserve over the forums.
