Version 1.4 of javamail can be redistributed, the jars can be found from ibiblio's maven repository.

                        <artifactId>activation</artifactId>
                        <version>1.1</version>
                        <type>jar</type>
                        <scope>compile</scope>
                </dependency>
                <dependency>
                        <groupId>javax.mail</groupId>
                        <artifactId>mail</artifactId>
                        <version>1.4</version>
                        <type>jar</type>
                        <scope>compile</scope>
                </dependency>

the problem is that some jars provided by sun are not allowed to be
redistributed. in this case javax.mail is the problem. you have to go
and manually download the file from sun and put it into your local
repo.
