Sorry about that. We have it on our shortlist to only gzip allinone.css and not run it through a squeezer to remove whitespace. So, it'll be nice and readable soon.

reflected_shadow.png is a slight, semi-transparent shadow graphic that
is used on the page_bar and search_box by default. We removed it on
the skins that use yellow for these areas (slate, smoke, brick,
gaming) because it ended up making the yellow look too dirty.

There is also another shadow.png which is assigned to the .shadow
class, which is used in the <dd> tag in the widgets (the main area of
the widgets). It's turned off by default, but it's a nice subtle
