^_^ I still think that putting it all through a squeezer is the right way to go. If you need to debug something, then use &allinone=0. My allinone.php extension even uses that parameter and outputs things in a similar way (Though, it's more dynamic of course, still needs a bit of dev though)

Speaking of squeezers... You got a suggestion on a good one to use? Currently I only have it setup to use full, pre-made squeezed, and the parameter for automatic squeezing is there, however there is no actual squeezer in place for me to allow dynamic squeezing.

Use the allinone=0 parameter for tweaking and peeking into CSS and JS.

Just append this to the end of the URL like so:
http://www.wikia.com/wiki/User:TOR?allinone=0
