Plz, allow bureaucrats to remove admin flag at the Northern Sámi Wikipedia.
We voted for them to be right to delete only the admin rettiheter otherwise too
bureaucrat rights. There was 100% support (2 votes) it would be right to remove
admin rights, but only votes against, it would be right to delete also
bureaucrat rights. (I'm using Google Translator, it's easier.)
