Technically, everything on wiki is a "draft" and this doesn't seem to show how it is different from any other article. I would prefer to see such a namespace named something more like "Concept:" which indicates that these particular drafts are not ready for full inclusion in the wiki yet and are still in the "idea" and "development" stage.
