Leigh, COL and our Mediawiki development partners would be very interested in exploring funding opportunities to get this work done. That's a smart idea. I will also follow up with our partnerships with other international agencies to see if they have any funding to invest.
Step 1 - Scope the development cost - How many dollars do we need Step 2 - Start a process whereby education institutions, international agencies and the donor community can pledge a $ amount for the development of this technology.
