The Unesco online training will be asynchronous -- because of the time differences across the globe.
That said -- offering synchronous web conferencing training as an equally effective approach -- but will not be able to use this for the Jan/Feb training session. So why don't you help me with the asynchronous version in Jan/Feb and then run a session later in the year using synchronous session for Oceania. We haven't tested the web conferencing model and you could help us pioneer this approach.
