With thanks to Jim and the techie team on the other side of the world
--- the Cite extension is now operational.

If you take a look at this page:

http://wikieducator.org/Learning4Content/Registration

This is now displaying properly online and you will get the url in the
printed version.

Glad that this one wasn't too hard to fix.
