Dear Cherry I agree that the process of learning is critical when discussing integrating technology into education.
1. How do teachers collaborate to produce OERs? 2. How do teachers use OERs? 3. What are students', teachers' and school administrators' perceptions and experiences towards OERs compared to textbooks by prestige publishers? 4. How do we compare making OERs with making curriculum in schools through teacher curriculum collaboration groups? etc...
