Operating system: Ubuntu 9.10 - the Karmic Koala
Browser: Firefox, version 3.5.8 (the one that's integrated into Ubuntu)
I have been able to get the expanded "Upload file" form if I do a
shift-Refresh, but not consistently...sometimes it displays and sometimes
not.
The key point is to use the {{Information}} template and license
> templates on all of the file resources that are collected here so
> there are no surprises about the source or licensing of all the
