Hi Frederique and Kim, I'm french Speaking too and as Frederique just said "*Libre*" is more appropriate than "*Ouverte*" in this context.
But I think in the modern french the *"E"* in the word "Educatives" must take an accent : *"É"*. I'll verify this.
